Individual training – Thanks to my own considerable experience as a footballer, many professional footballers from the top three divisions use my individual training as a supplement to training sessions with their teams. My training method is universal, i.e. it is the same regardless of the sport. My workouts incorporate elements of boxing, wrestling and fencing in order to improve endurance, strength, speed, coordination and flexibility in equal measures.

Teams – As with youth set-ups, I train teams in my role as athletic and fitness coach, with a focus on the wider psychological and motivation demands compared with those placed on youngsters. In the 2010/2011 season, I thus helped SV Darmstadt 98 gain promotion into the third tier of professional football.
